It’s all Gone wrong a year ago
Terribly disorganized, I came in the first time to pick up new patients paperwork and they insisted on taking my id and insurance then before I’d filled the paperwork, I came back with the completed paperwork and then got asked again for it, begrudgingly I gave it to them again, today I got in for my first appointment and guess what ?!?!? They need my insurance and id again…..go stick your appointment where the sun doesn’t shine. If your answer to me is ‘well I wasn’t working those days you gave your id’s’ that’s a pretty poor excuse, where is my id now?!????…..FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A DENTIST.
